Drunken-Driving Test Legal?

Adam Liptak reported for the New York Times that prosecutors in Missouri, supported

by the federal government, went to the Supreme Court on January 9, 2013 with a big request: They wanted the justices to rule that the police do not need warrants to obtain blood samples in drunken-driving investigations.
